Detailed changes
Hard Expeditions
Krao Cave and Draupnir receive Hard mode.
- Entry requires item level 2600.
- The boss Frenzy timer is 4 minutes.
- Each player has a maximum of 3 revives.
Hard-mode rewards
- Kina rewards are higher than on Normal difficulty.
- Philosopher’s Stone: Revelation (Bound) can drop and can also be selected as a guaranteed reward.
- Ariel Fragments (Bound) are available, with the fragment type depending on the dungeon.
- Expedition Hero Artwork can be obtained as a chance reward.
- Relevant Unique crafting materials are obtainable, including Wrathful Mind, Wrathful Will and Wrathful Ego.
- New Expedition (Hard) achievements provide corresponding Unique appearance rewards.
No drop percentages or unspecified reward quantities are assumed here.
Ariel Daevanion Board
The new Ariel Daevanion Board uses fragments earned from Hard Expeditions and converted through Substance Morph.
- 100 Ariel Fragments → 1 Daevanion Crystal: Ariel (Bound).
- This conversion is limited to 30 times per character. Dungeon-specific fragment acquisition or conversion limits also apply.
- 1 Ariel Fragment → 5 Enhance Stones can be converted without a limit on the number of conversions.
Class and skill fixes
Sorcerer
- Cold Storm: extra damage now works against targets with stacked Frostbite.
- Frostbite’s effect is corrected to match the skill level.
- With Specialty 1, targets in the area no longer receive another Frostbite application after Cold Storm’s area effect ends.
- Fire Wall: extra damage is restricted to targets affected by Embers, correcting its application to unaffected targets.
Chanter
- Spinning Strike: a problem with skill-effect display is corrected.
These are behavior and visual fixes, not a general numerical increase to class damage.
